Don was the agent when I bought my house which I recently sold after 15 years. Don is friendly and a good communicator. Information provided prior to putting my home on the market was extensive and helpful although I think the sale price (best case scenario) was unrealistic and therefore made the selling experience somewhat stressful and disappointing. Don was always available to answer any questions relating to the sale of my home and also when I was looking at homes in another area to purchase.

We recently asked Don Asplin to sell our Willetton investment property. It was the smoothest, simplest, and most professional service we could ever have hoped for. Don's knowledge is extensive, his passion and work ethic is admirable and his generosity and humour was much appreciated as the Real Estate Industry can be a little daunting for folks like us. Don was available almost 24/7 bless him, to answer any of our questions, he gave us simple advice to get our property ready for the sale and home open. We hardly had to spend any money on the place to get it ready, which was an initial concern for us. Don listened to our situation, which was a difficult one, and gave us simple basic tips . . . without him we would have wasted thousands making improvements to the property for no financial gain. Don had the property sold within 3 days of the first home open. So thanks Don, we truly appreciated all your hard work . . .

Purchase was difficult and drawn out. Comments about others potentially interested were not substantiated in any tangible manner leading to doubt. Comments about those people not generally acceptable these days. They might be correct however not generally acceptable in a professional discussion negotiation. Was never sure if seller was the whole issue or was the agent playing this up. Very hard to judge with only one purchase experience. Have listed not recommended which might be harsh however there was no insure option it had to be yes or no

Selling my house was something I really wanted to do but I was still hesitant about taking that leap. Don was very patient with me over many months (probably over a year) until I was in the right head space to proceed. He gave me guidance with the different options and was never pushy. My property sold very quickly and Don has been very supportive throughout the whole process. For me choosing another agent to sell my house wasn't even considered.
