Don is professional while still being personable and very down to earth - not your stereotypical real estate agent. His knowledge of the industry and the local market came in very handy when deciding on a marketing strategy as did his intimate knowledge of properties in the Willetton area which was invaluable when he was negotiating with buyers. Our house sold in 4 days for more than we were expecting. Don also demonstrated a very high level of personal integrity when resolving an issue during settlement. While he is not the cheapest, he is worth every cent - you get what you pay for. We would definitely use his services again.

We decided to engage Don to sell our property in a slow market because of his reputation, suburb knowledge and database of potential buyers. We chose Don because of our very happy experience with him when he sold our house in Ferndale in 2010 and we were not disappointed. His advice was clear and was obviously as a result of his many years of experience and knowledge of the area. He was willing to listen to our suggestions and concerns. He is most affable, and goes out of his way to help the sale, for instance, as we live down south and not near the property, he made sure that the plants in the garden were watered between viewings. His negotiation skills were clear, as he negotiated a most pleasing price for us, whilst keeping the buyer happy also.
