As a buyer, I feel like Don and his team were quite professional. We bought the property based on the condition an workmanship detail that the previous owner had put into the home so the agent was for the formalities. I can say that on all documents there where no mistakes, no spelling errors, dates were well communicated, we knew what was happening and when. If I didn't know I rang and asked. When I left a message Don rang back. He also had the knowledge of the contract clauses off the top of his head when asking questions so I knew where I stood on certain items. I have rated 3 and a half for negotiation this is based on me being a buyer, I think it was a fair deal not sure what the seller thinks. In summary I would of liked Don to of sold my property as my agent has frustrated me with lack of knowledge of contracts, and silly errors, with buying and selling a property being an emotional roller coaster it is imperative these details are correct.

Don's strategy to price the property at the low range of market price was a master stroke. He attracted 18 couples at first home open and received multiple offers on the night. Competition for the property was created and offers received well over the asking price. Whilst we had a few issues with the buyer pulling out of the deal, Don and the team at Prowest Willetton went over and above to sort the issues and re-list the property to achieve a great result. Don visited our home with his very capable assistant Kerry and advised us of what the market was doing and what we should do to maximise the sale price on our home.
