We sold our house through Don. He was very thorough with every detail right from the beginning. He fully understands the market and guides you in a professional way, in words that you understand. His personal. communication, sales and marketing strategies were truly professional. We have sold a number of houses previously through other agents but we could see the difference between other agents and Don. He outperformed all other we had experience with previously. Our house did not even go to the stage of public home open because it was sold in the first VIP viewing which saved us from preparations that are needed for repeated home opens. We are certainly pleased we chose Don to represent us in selling our dear old Dad's home. His expertise was just what we needed for a quick and smooth sale. The market ever changing makes selling a house a challenge but Don kept us up to date the whole time and even came and met Dad in the Aged Care Centre and told him what a lovely home he had.
