I had the pleasure of working with Don when selling my house for the first time, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the start, Don was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. He patiently explained every step, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless. Don's attention to detail and expertise in the market ensured that I got the best possible outcome. He went above and beyond to guide me, from staging the house to negotiating with potential buyers. His communication was always clear and prompt, which gave me confidence and peace of mind. If you're looking for a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy real estate agent, I highly recommend Don. He truly exceeded my expectations!

I decided to make an offer on the day of viewing. Don was honest and fast with the responses and gave me plenty of analysis and guidance. I got the offer accepted within the next day. Don also recommended me Structural and Pest inspector and we got that all settled smoothly. Glad that I could enter the market in this tough time.

Don has good knowledge of the market and the value proved to be accurate. He updated us on progress and his recommendations about prospective buyers. Possibly due to the way these surveys are marketed I am disappointed all queries about service are directed at my husband only.

In the current market houses seem to sell themselves. A few of the things that were pitched didn’t eventuate like a list of pre qualified buyers with finance approved, if the person making the offer doesn’t have finance approved etc, small deposit written on contract when I specifically asked for a meaningful deposit, asking if the building inspection can be deferred because the buyer hadn’t found and organised one, not actively discussing the merit of the offer and counter offer strategy, me having to follow up a booking of final inspection.

I had a fantastic experience working with Pratik. From the first meeting he was very helpful and polite and not pushy in anyway at all. Throughout the purchasing experience he was readily available to answer questions and take any phone calls in a timely manner. And the Professionals have a great face-to-face customer experience which meant it was much more personal and easy to navigate. Pratik went the extra mile having the house open and ready for the pre-settlement inspection before we arrived and made the whole process quite seamless and stress-free (thank you Pratik)! I would highly recommend Pratik if you are buying or selling a property.
