I didn't know Pratik before speaking to him. I walked into Professionals Willetton one day requesting an appraisal on my investment property. Pratik called me that afternoon for a chat and gave me a valuation that my property management had been struggling to give me for quite some time. We listed the property with Pratik after he visited us as he seemed like a very honest young guy who seemed to have our needs as his priority. He did not come across as a guy wanting a quick sale. After some viewings we had some decent offers presented which to be honest were around what I was expecting. Being a flat fee commission Pratik could have advised to take the offers and wrap up the deal. Much to his credit, he advised to hold out and do more viewings. We then had 2 more offers which were more than what we were hoping for. We were extremely grateful for this persistence in getting us a better price. There were also a lot of things to fall in place for settlement as the property was leased so we required our tennants to vacate for settlement. Pratik organised all of the negotiations between our property manager, tennants and buyer. We literally didn't have to do anything. He did all this happily and took it all in his stride.
