Genuine people, who genuinely care

These beautiful ladies went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a home. After a house fire at our property we were left with a very short period to secure a rental. I spoke with numerous agencies and applied for SO many properties, I understand it’s a tough market at the moment but I was left feeling so deflated. Unfortunately not all agencies treat you with kindness and you’re left feeling almost like a criminal. As soon as I made a call to the professionals I knew this agency was different. I was treated with kindness and respect from the first contact. Rhiannon and Madonna went above and beyond to have us in a home within days. I will never use another agency. Can not recommend this team enough!

The property managers at Professionals have always been efficient and courteous when communicating with us regarding leasing of our properties. They keep us up to date with all matters relating to the properties and ensure the tenants are suitable.

House we are renting.

The agent was very fast to help and very friendly. We applied for a property in a week we had our answer back from the owner that agreed that we could rent the property. The professional responds we got of our agent was very fast and helped us where ever they could. Professional Service

I recently purchased my property with the real estate team at Professional Rentals and Sales Mackay. I was able to easily and stress free place my property on the rental market not too long after with the same team. Service was professional, communication open, honest and transparent, review of potential tenants and availability in advertising and show casing my property to people was completed quickly and professionally. Professional Rentals provide us with excellent service, we have good communication with our agent. They always try to find the best and reasonably priced subcontractors when something goes wrong in our house. They send us statements in timely manner.
