We had a house inspection where we met Rebecca and she took the time to talk to us and explain the rental system and we now have a lease and a house . Awesome experience, I was moving to town from remote Arnhem Land in the NT and they were amazing. I arrived in town between Xmas and new year when the office was shut down but they sorted arranged to come meet me anyway to give me the keys despite being the holiday season. Going above and beyond when they didn’t have to and it would’ve been easier to just say “we’re closed”. Exceptional service.
