My experience with Professional Rentals has only been through Shai Carter. The process of application and inspection was quite quick, which suited me as l staying at the Quest while looking for a suitable unit. Shai offered for me to reapply for 7/10 Gordon St as the first applicant fell through and we were able to sign the lease within 2 days, that being the 24 December and I was able to move in the next day. No complaints from me Shai was very efficient and easy to get along with.
