Professional was exceptional, the receptionist was very helpful right from the first day I entered they office searching for apartment . The property agent (Shai) was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find me a great apartment that fit my budget.She was extremely communicative and super friendly. I highly recommend them.

My experience with Professional Rentals has only been through Shai Carter. The process of application and inspection was quite quick, which suited me as l staying at the Quest while looking for a suitable unit. Shai offered for me to reapply for 7/10 Gordon St as the first applicant fell through and we were able to sign the lease within 2 days, that being the 24 December and I was able to move in the next day. No complaints from me Shai was very efficient and easy to get along with.
