We contacted Karina regarding the property we have just moved into, explained our situation, and our ability move very quickly financially. We were surprised at how quickly she moved once our application was submitted, to help both the landlord avoid additional unnecessry advertising costs and ourselves as potential tenants insecuring a lovely home which met all our requirements. I contacted Karina again a few days later, asking her assistance to source a property for one of my husbands colleague, relocating from Brisbane, within half an hour she sent us details of a property which mught suit them. It did, they too are now settling into their new home. So far Karina, has been very easy to work with, she has gone out of her way to help us as we all settle into our new homes. Karina, a huge thank you. We look forward to having a positive PM/lanlord/tenant relationship whilst we are in this home.
