Nic was just fabulous and on the money with pricing despite other agents giving us prices that were not realistic. He was so lovely to deal with, very professional and communicated with us all through the process always picking up the phone when we called. We have used Nic twice now and will definitely use again he has an extensive knowledge of real estate and awesome negotiation skills.

Nic is a young and talented professional who needs to be recognised for his knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm. He has never failed to impress me and my partner on how in tune he is with the current property market. He has made the whole purchasing process a walk in the park. It was our pleasure to have purchased a property through Nic as the listing agent. We enjoyed dealing with Nic throughout the buying process. He is a true definition of young professional. I will not hesitate to recommend Nic to anyone who are interested in either buying or selling their property.
