I first approached Nic last December to consider selling. I actually rented the unit and Nic was very open about my decision even though he lost a sale. The rental didn’t work out so I approached Nic and two other local agents. I was impressed with Nick’s response and his plans to sell the unit. I went with him. The result was amazing.
