Nic.P was a clear stand out when we spoke to several real estate agents. His enthusiasm, drive & knowledge of the area was evident & left us in no doubt, he was the agent for us. Nic.P has diligently gone above & beyond throughout the whole process, listened & taken our views & needs on board, kept us in the loop at every stage, then delivered when he went to market! We couldn’t rrcommend Nic.P highly enough! He is a credit to himself & Professionals Wellstead Team.

I recently worked with Nic, to sell my house in Bayswater. Throughout the entire process, Nic was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. He provided excellent advice on how to prepare my home for sale and was always available to answer any questions I had. Nic is an expert in the local real estate market and was able to price my home competitively, resulting in multiple offers and a quick sale. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure all the necessary paperwork was completed promptly and accurately. HIs communication skills are second to none, he's available by text, phone, email or even social media. My guess is he tailors his communication styel to your preference rather than the other way around. Nic's marketing approach drove a huge amount of interest with social media forming a major part of the campaign on top of other traditional media options. A must in today's market and an area many agents miss. He seemed to use every tool in the box to gain as much interest as possible and the results showed this. I couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Nic. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Bayswater or the surrounding areas. Thank you, Nic, for your hard work and dedication to making the sale of my home a success!
