We had a great experience working with Denise and her team. They took over our property, helped vacate the current tenants, managed a light renovation by supplying their trusted trades and sold our property within a week. I initially reached out to Nic only because I was curious about a sale he had made in my complex and he was very happy to chat with me about my future intentions of selling.
