We needed a quick sale after offering on another property. Nic had already provided an appraisal previously and was in contact regularly to check in. His knowledge of the current market, suburb profile and marketing strategy was superb. We knew immediately he was the agent to contact when we needed to sell. He was out at our house the same day we contacted him with a targeted marketing strategy and plans for a home open within the week. He is very knowledgeable and maximised exposure of our property for a successful home open. Our property attracted multiple offers and sold after the first home open. We had a great experience working with Denise and her team. They took over our property, helped vacate the current tenants, managed a light renovation by supplying their trusted trades and sold our property within a week. Being based in QLD, we felt challenged being remote from the property. However, Denise managed every aspect of our light renovation by checking into the property daily. We found this a great reassurance. We found Denise incredibly helpful, full of local knowledge, resourceful and available 24/7. We couldn’t have achieved the results without her. I can’t rate my experience with Nic more highly. I initially reached out to Nic only because I was curious about a sale he had made in my complex and he was very happy to chat with me about my future intentions of selling. He was understanding that I wasn’t quite ready to sell due to some complexity in my personal life and wasn’t pushing me to lock in a decision until I was ready. As soon as I was in a position to sell he acted fast and had a buyer for me almost immediately and got me a price that I genuinely didn’t think I would achieve.
