Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying and Nic was very professional and helpful! He never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! I've had a few horror property sales in the past but this one was by far the easiest. Denise had offers on the first Monday after the initial home open (despite being tenanted), and even more offers in days to come. A true professional, easy to do business with. Denise also organised repairs to the property for me... an absolute treasure to work with.
