Denise and the whole team at Welstead were truly outstanding throughout our whole house purchase experience. Super quick communication, friendly and knowledgable. Restored my faith in estate agents and we will be back again for future purchases & sales. Thanks again

Denise was very helpful in assisting us with the sale of our property. We even had to navigate a home insurance claim which she worked around. She was very easy to contact and always reached out to keep us up to date with interested buyers. She assisted us in successfully selling our house. We recommend Denise as a fantastic Real Estate Agent. Thanks again, Denise!

Denise has been very professional and thorough for the entire process. Denise adheres to the timelines, and I did not have to chase her even once during the entire process for anything

Whilst I was delighted that my property was under offer after the first home open , there was poor customer service that followed. A building inspection report was not passed onto me for 9 days , leaving only 4 working days for me to address any issues . This created undue stress and anxiety for me, as tradies are incredibly difficult to attain. When the report was sent to me , it was accompanied by an unprofessional attempt at an apology. Yes a quick sale is important but so is being supported right throughout the period leading up to settlement.

Denise has sold two properties for us and from the time Denise and her team come to initially view the properties, right through to the sale, the experience and service has been outstanding. Denise's vast experience and her sincerity is the reason we will continue to engage with her in the future.

My experience with Paul and the team at Wellstead was excellent , I personally didn’t know anything about realestate and Paul explained everything that I needed to know and they didn’t push for us to sign with them ,we were glad that we chose to sign with them because it only took 2 weeks to sell and they got the price we wanted.

Second house we have sold with Denise, she is very easy to deal with. Very happy with both sales. Would have no hesitation with using her again.

A big thank you to Paul HANICH and the Wellstead team Bassendean for the professional handling of the sale of our mother’s property recently. From the first meeting we knew we were in good hands. Paul recommended Strategic Property Conveyancing for settlement and Mel was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We needed assistance with a couple of small jobs and again Paul’s recommended contractors were spot on. The property was online Tuesday afternoon and 9 days later we were presented with three offers, one of which we accepted. This was a very emotional time for us so we very much appreciated Paul’s professionalism, support and empathy. We would recommend Paul HANICH without hesitation.

All throughout the months long process Paul was lightning fast with clear communication and very personable, it made the experience easy and a pleasure.
