Nic is a great communicator. He takes his clients seriously and listens to what they need from him as their agent. We really appreciated being able to bounce ideas off him and the way he shared his honest perspective. Nic helped us figure out some things using his own knowledge and resourcefulness, going beyond what you would expect from a sales agent. He kept us informed every step of the way and had a good sense of the capacity of potential buyers and their level of genuine interest. We’d 100% recommend him and can vouch for his friendly yet professional approach. We’ll definitely be consulting him with our next sale.

Denise and Paul did a great job helping us to get the property ready (cleaners and gardeners etc from their contacts) and then they achieved a better than expected sale result - sure thanks partly to the market but they really did everything we could ask before and after the sale.. highly recommend and would absolutely work with them again.

Nic was extremely professional the whole time we dealt with him, and always got back to us very quickly with any questions we had. There were delays with our finance which unfortunately meant the house needed to be re-listed for sale, but even when things weren't going to plan he was great to deal with. We'd definitely recommend going through him!

I contacted Nic several months prior to being ready to sell my one bedroom unit. He was very helpful and freely gave me great advice regarding staging and final touches, even before I signed with him. Once ready, Nic was very clear in explaining what the marketing strategy would be and what I should expect. Nothing was left to chance, I felt extremely well taken care of. It only took one home open and my place sold for well over the listing price. I couldn't be happier!! I highly recommend Nic's services, especially for a strata property- he really knows his stuff. Thank you again Nic!
