When we chose Nic to sell our home we expected good things from him. However, he has exceeded our expectations by a country mile. He kept us informed at every step, his marketing strategy was brilliant and in every way he worked hard for us, going above and beyond. We would highly recommend Nic and are so glad we chose him. Thank you Nic.

Paul and Denise were incredible in helping us sell and buy a property in Bassendean. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough! We’ve had lots of contact with estate agents over the years and mostly good experiences, but these two stood out above anything we’ve experienced before. They’re experienced, genuine, and always responsive. Paul kept in touch so regularly that we felt confident at every step of the process. They truly took the stress out of everything. Every interaction felt authentic, and their knowledge of the local area and market was outstanding. If you’re looking for a personalised service from people who really care and know what they’re doing, Paul and Denise are the team for you. They even went above and beyond to help organise things while we were away in the middle of the sale, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Thanks to them, we’re now happily settled in our dream family home!

Nic was wonderful to deal with. From the moment I met him, he was professional, not pushy, had an attention to detail and really listened to what I wanted to achieve with the sale of my investment property. I cannot thank him enough for the result which well and truly exceeded my expectations. Thanks again Nic, I hope to work with you again in the future. Martina Martina
