I am extremely grateful for Nic! He stands out from the other real estate agents that approached me. Nic helped me sell my home in Gosnells for a whopper of a price and within 3 days! Wayyy beyond what I expected! He is enthusiastic, efficient, helpful, genuine and very easy-going! I would 1000% recommend him to others and I’m honestly glad I ended up going with him. Thank you soo much for all your help, Nic! Total GOAT of agents imo.

Denise has kept a long-standing, high profile in my area for a long time. She is very experienced, competent & confident in all aspects of the sale. From the initial contact to assess the value of my property, I have never felt under pressure or obligation. There has been no superficial glitz or glamour, and rates are very reasonable, compared to some… Denise, & her partner, has kept me informed at all stages in a friendly, approachable but thoroughly business-like but unobtrusive manner. She has also reassured any anxiety on my side. She has organised an accomplished team of colleagues to supplement the work, eg on the photography day. I feel fortunate to have the benefit of Denise’s experience. Many thanks.
