It was an extremely disappointing experience with this agent. Stephanie chose to withhold a serious conflict of interest, that I found out about only by accident. Stephanie also completely ignored very clear instructions and in fact, did the opposite of the clear written instructions I gave her.

WHAT A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE WITH STEPHANIE! (Sorry for shouting😅) She couldn't have made the process any easier, gently guiding us over the hurdles & through the obstacles, Plain speaking & simplifying the process, is what she does best! . . Being a couple of oldies, we occasionally struggle with tec, emails, signing ect , again, she pointed us in the right direction, with non stop support. ...
