James was one of three local agents we contacted initially, as you do. Not only did he manage to answer his phone on a busy Saturday, he automatically knew what property I was referring to!!! The other two agents, either did not follow up with our request to do business, nor rung us back. James was fabulous, so knowledgeable about the area with an excellent Sales record, and he did follow up numerous times throughout our short engagement. He was super professional ( pardon the pun) in his Communication skills and regards the selling processes we were going to embark upon. In addition he quickly identified the current market response and acted promptly to change the listing’s details on the day in order to get us the best price possible!!! Stephanie Briers, 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 What can we say - remembering we only have 2000 characters !! Backstory —- I saw a for sale sign outside a house a few doors away from our AirBnB, I wasn’t able to attend home open, so I didn’t get to meet Stephanie, so decided I would email her and ask if she would be available to have a look at ours and give us some advice. Told my Hubbie that afternoon…. Me - I’ve seen the Agent that is going to sell the property on Shiraz Hubble - sell? I thought we were just thinking about it. Me - we need advice from a professional, an Agent that sells within the area and knows the market, hopefully she can come after these Guests leave. Hubbie - when did you meet her ? Me - I haven’t met her yet. I saw her picture. 6 weeks later, Stephanie sold our investment property, settlement was yesterday and we couldn’t be happier. Stephanie made the whole process so easy, from the very first meeting to moving out , she had me feeling very comfortable and confident in her ability to acheive what we needed, she went above and beyond even exceeded all my expectations in terms of price and time frames. Stephanie was amazing from start to finish of our house selling experience. Knowledgeable, Professional, Proactive, Informative, Communicative . We were made aware at every stage of the process of what was occurring, she was even talking to us while “she” was on her own family holiday. She was amazing and alleviated any concerns we may have had, working to get the best offer for us. The house we sold was a rental property and she made the whole process so very easy.
