Real estate agents were only a step up from used car salesmen. Well think again - there really are some great people out there today - and James Kennedy tops the list! He was honest and true to his word from start to finish. He gave me a good indication of what the house was worth 'as is' and what he believed he could get if I did 'this or that' (which I did) James also gave me a timeline, which I appreciated, and we worked together towards that goal. In my opinion, if you need to get the best return on the sale of your real estate investment, get James Kennedy and his team of professionals to handle the transaction. I was not disappointed. He never let me down and he provided a service over and above what you expect from a 'real estate agent'!
