Initially I had about five Real Estate agents giving appraisals. It wasn't long before I realised that Terry listened to my every detail and understood my situation which was very complicated. Terry came up with a well thought out plan where he would use his database to sell 'off the market' within a given time-frame. Terry achieved an excellent outcome based on me being interstate at the time. He sold my home within the specified period and was able to include some other items as previously discussed with him.
