Terry and his crew were so good. We had a few inspections first up, then a couple looked and loved it, but couldn’t come up on price. Another couple put in a bid, we accept. They then couldn’t get their finance, Terry rang the original couple straight away, bid in, accepted, inspections, and SOLD…. Throughout the whole experience, Terry was so helpful, knowledgeable, available when we needed something, which is so good, as a lot of different things come up sometimes. Overall, a wonderful experience with Terry Hill.

We highly recommend Terry and Josh Hill. It was clear from the beginning that Terry and Josh were impressed with our property. They did not badger us to sign with them and this was one of the reasons why we chose them as our agent. Terry did not push us to lower our asking price and had the patience to wait until the right buyer came along. Terry is very adept at reading buyers and weeding out time wasters. He is a skilled negotiator who secured the best possible price for us in a difficult market. We were very satisfied with the outcome and would thoroughly recommend the Professionals.
