Josh was extremely knowledgeable when it came to selling my house. His initial evaluation was bang on what we wanted and its what he managed to get for us. He was helpful along every step of the sale process and happily answered any questions we had. He went into bat for us when the purchaser wanted to reduce the sale price and managed to get us a very favorable agreement in the end. Overall fantastic service and great experience.

Initially I had about five Real Estate agents giving appraisals. It wasn't long before I realised that Terry listened to my every detail and understood my situation which was very complicated. Terry came up with a well thought out plan where he would use his database to sell 'off the market' within a given time-frame. Terry achieved an excellent outcome based on me being interstate at the time. He sold my home within the specified period and was able to include some other items as previously discussed with him.
