Absolutely up front and kept me in the loop from start to finish. Brad was awesome

Help with all paperwork. Always got back to me quickly nothing was too hard for him from answering questions to explanations. I was wrapped with the price I got as compared to what other realtors said I would get/what property was worth. Brad made the whole process easy from start to finish. Couldn't be happier with his friendly,professional service.

Reliable and trustworthy agent with no BS.

Brad was upfront with us right from the start. His valuation was in line with other agents and we were fully aware that if we wanted top dollar the process will take time. A quick sale is nice, but it is not the norm. Knowing our expectations he clearly out lined a sales and marketing campaign that would give us the best chance of success. Brad kept us fully informed of all potential buyers any impediments and ways forward. When the inevitable happened, ie buyers drop off and in our case a signed contract that failed, Brad provided a positive view of the future prospects and always maintained a positive outlook. We are happy to recommend Brad LaMaster to any prospective sellers or buyers for that matter.

Great communication and price negotiations.

Brad listened to my requirements and would regularly get in contact with potential buyers. He did a great job of selling my property at my required price range, updating me every step of the way. Brad walked me through the sale process all the way through to settlement. I would engage Brad again if wanting to buy or sell in the area.

Excellent service

Mike Suthers is great however it was Becky McLennan who I dealt with & whom sold my property. She is a very hard worker & a pleasure to deal with. Becky goes up & beyond to make sure you get the best possible price for your property. Also, a huge shoutout to Janie Golby who heads the Property Management team. Janie is exceptional in every single way. She has been totally amazing while managing our unit through the agency. Very dedicated, professional & all round lovely person. Highly recommend the Professionals team.
