We initially arranged to view a different property and drove up to Emu Park from Sydney at quite short notice. The property wasn't quite what we were after but Jenny picked up on our ideal property and after following Jenny's suggestion we viewed the property and more or less made our decision to buy before even getting out of the car. I hadn't seen this property on-line, I must have overlooked it. The property is just what we were looking for, even more so. The 1500 km drive from Sydney (after work) was the best decision ever and we hope to have many happy years here. It took five months to sell my place and throughout the process I was able to compare Jenny’s performance with the other agent. Jenny’ performance was exemplary. As a interstate buyer Jenny was very helpful and upfront in helping me to buy a property sight unseen. Since I was unable to travel to Yeppoon to view the house at the time she kindly took 2 friends through the house so I would have an independent assessment of it. She also recommended a good conveyancing solicitor and a excellent builder to do a inspection. I'd happily recommend Jenny to anyone looking to buy on the Capricorn Coast/Yeppoon area. I'll also be glad to use Jenny myself when the time comes to sell..... although that will be when I'm ready to push up daisies so hopefully a long time from now.
