We had been looking for a new home so as to suit our retirement plans. Moving from a large home into a unit was a challenge for such a life style change. We had looked at other options around Yeppoon and further south, but when we inspected this unit at Rosslyn Bay we knew it was the one. Jenny was very accomodating with our numerous questions and put us very much at ease with her exceptional local knowledge of the market. From our first initial point of contact with Michael was via phone requesting to view the property. Phone manner was excellent and was extremely prompt on making an appointment that suited.
