Mike, is an all round great bloke who is surrounded by a team of competent real estate and property management professionals. Mike put forward a good business case for us to take the property to auction due its unique offering. We took that advice and Mike delivered on his promise to have the Harcourts Chief Auctioneer conduct the auction with the Harcourts CEO also in attendance.
