We did not really like the "first in best dressed" approach used to sell this property. Not being able to sign a contract with a Cool-Off period made it quite difficult. This process meant that we had to go through the expense and time of doing everything necessary to purchase the property without knowing we were going to be successful. That said we appreciated the good communication from Property Central, and the referral to Kim at Aussie Home Loans, as she has been great.
