Dean has a great deal of knowledge and information about the local area, he displayed a lot of energy in putting together a rather difficult property. He delivered what he promised and always listened. His approach was always very professional and we knew he would do whatever he could to get the best outcome.

Assad is a highly knowledgeable agent whose quiet, calm approach makes him an incredibly approachable agent. When he came to value our property, we found his advice to be well-considered and on point. At all interactions with Assad, he was highly respectful and honest in his dealings with us. Working cooperatively with his colleague, he gave us updates as requested and was integral in finding us a buyer and achieving a very pleasing sale price. In the last six months, we have looked at numerous properties to purchase, as well as selling our own property, resulting in interacting with many agents. Assad possesses the qualities of openness and honesty which we sadly have not experienced widely in this industry. We have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for an knowledgable, honest and reliable agent.

We first met George at an Open House for a property we put an offer on. We were not successful in our offer, however were very impressed at the manner he conducted himself and the way he treated us. After this experience, we sought his advice on selling our home and he was willing to allow us to ask questions and seek advice before we put pen to paper. At no time did we feel pressured to sign with him and appreciated the advice and options he offered. We entrusted the selling of our home to him as a result! Throughout the whole process, George kept us completely in the loop. He was in regular contact and gave us updates as requested. He was proactive in finding us a buyer and we were very happy with the final sale. George's approach and manner has been one of integrity and honesty. In our experience with the real estate market over the last 6 months, these traits seem to be in the minority. We have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for an honest and reliable agent.

Todd handled the sale of our property in a professional and very friendly manner. He kept me updated with the progress of the offers on our property and sold our property in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Todd and his agency if you are selling your property.

After 2 unsuccessful agents trying to sell my property Bill comes along and gets the job done in 2 day for a price above my expectation. Stop wasting time with other agents and give Bill call.

Yovanka was amazing from start to finish. She was patient with my decision to sell, seeing me over a period of 6 months without pushing me at all. Once we started the process she supported the rate negotiation and walked me through every step of the way. She was always available, 7 days a week and anytime of day and night. She under promised and over delivered in every aspect. From my decision to sell, we had the place on the market and sold within a week. Plus we got a price 10% over the advertised price. I have sold and bought multiple properties and have never experienced anyone nearly as good as Yovanka. Could not recoomend her highly enough. Sell with Yovanka- you wont regret it!

We bought the property when Todd was the sales agent years ago, and we used his business as rental agent for the recent couple of years. When it turned to our time of selling, we looked no further but Todd based on our previous experience with him and his business. He knows about the area and more importantly he knows about what his is doing. He helped to manage the listing process a very efficient one and got offers after first inspection, end of the day, property was sold at our expected price range, everyone is happy.

My first encounter was with Assad Romanos, I inspected the property and had a few questions. I left and called him few minutes later so I do another inspection, he went out of his way so I can inspect again. He answered all my inquiries and helped me through the process. Dean I didn’t get a chance to meet him but he managed to make it easy for us. They understand the market and first time buyers to ensure everything is clear. I do recommend dealing with them.

It was a pleasure dealing with Todd and Josh, of Professional Real Estate in Padstow. He was very clear and helpful whilst explaining the sales process to my wife and I, and was very understanding of our personal family situation. I highly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling their home and looking for someone honest, transparent and professional in their dealings.
