Was a potential buyer of a few properties of this place and worked with Yovanka, Bill and Dean. They all worked incredibly hard to ensure I got the best information possible while still balancing the vendor's needs to get the highest price for their property. In particular, Yovanka was there to open doors, conduct private inspections at various times, chase solicitors for last-mintue contract amendments and lend a empathetic ear, particularly in this tumultuous period for first home buyers and this was greatly appreciated. Will definitely be considering them for future business.
