We met Yovanka by chance at a last minute inspection. With knowledge of the local market and understanding of our needs, Yovanka recommended a house that wasn't on our list. We fell in love with the house as soon as we saw it. Yovanka was extremely responsive which made the whole purchase process smooth and seamless. We love our new home! Thank you Yovanka.

Bill , did his utmost best to achieve our desired sale price during the difficult covid pandemic. His vast network led to the sale and we greatly appreciate the result. He was down to earth and realistic with his advice. We would recommend Bill to anyone thinking of selling.

After buying the property from Bill I didn't hesitate to assign him as my selling agent after such a pleasant buying experience. Bill is a hardworking agent who provides a great service to his clients. He called multiple times a week with feedback and when he took buyers through the property, so I was always aware of what was happening with the property. I would recommend Bill to anyone else thinking of selling, and wouldn't hesitate to give him another property in the future.
