Dean is the best in the region, I have used three agents to sell my property and Dean is the one who did it, with clear, efficient communication, and fast and good result. when the market was not good, he recommended me to lease it out and managed well for me, worth to mention that it took Dean 2 days and 1 inspection to lease the property out, 2 weeks and 2 inspection to sale it. What I appreciate most is his honesty, I have been dealing with many agents and needed to play around with them on all sort of communications, not the case with Dean, he tells the truth and he does mean to help me. the only regret I have is not choosing him the first time. Highly recommended!
