Best agent I've ever dealt with. Absolutely how you dream an real estate agent should be. I've bought and sold 6 houses over the years and never experienced this level of service. Even when Bill was on holidays he would take calls if I had concerns. That's commitment. Nothing was too much effort and if there were any hiccups he just addressed them, not blame, not finger pointing... fixed. I need to stop now as the only things I can say about Bill are glowing and anyone reading this may think this isn't a genuine review. I initially went with another realtor who were an absolute disaster. Out of 40 groups that went through the property in the 5 weeks that they had it for, they couldn't convert a single sale. I then went to the Professionals Padstow who where able to sell the property in the first week that they had it. They were a godsend. Their attitude, market knowledge, buyer connections, experience, strategy, persistence and resolve is why they were able to sell the property so quickly and for a good price. I knew I was in good hands when I went into their office to sign the selling agreement because in the background I could see all the sales staff on the phones non-stop chasing up clients and trying to convert sales. They didn't just rely on putting it on the Internet and hoping clients just come to them. They really work for their money. I regret not going with them right from the start, but sometimes you have to learn the hard way. Thank God, Dean and his team were able to get me out of trouble. I highly recommend them and that is why I gave them my second property to sell off the back of the first successful sale. Needless to say, that also resulted in success!
