The process with the team at Professionals Padstow was amazing. They really went above and beyond to assist us. Dean was extremely professional and prompt as was Jonathan. We had a really good experience and would highly recommend Dean in the future.

The great service and professional approach by Dean Owsnett at Chambers Fleming Padstow was first class. Dean was always available and on call for any questions we had. He kept us informed of all inspections and feedback for or property. We were looking for the double bonus of a quick sale at a good market value and Dean has delivered on both aspects. Dean's market knowledge has obviously been built up over a number of years. Great effort by Dean and the team. Also note I am not just saying this because his name is Dean too. Good work Sir.

I first met Bill three years ago when he sold me my home. He was approachable, knowledgeable, patient and friendly with a bright and bubbly personality. When I decided to sell my home this year the only person whose name popped into my head was Bill Kordos. We sold within 7 days obtaining the highest price for the block. He made the selling process seem so simple and stress free. I truely believe his expertise helped tremendously in securing the quick and pain free sale of my home. I highly recommend Bill!!

Couldn't recommend Dean more highly. With Fantastic communication skills, knock around Aussie bloke friendliness which won over prospective buyers, Dean was able to find a happy buyer who paid well over double what I paid for the house 2 years ago and no doubt smashed the record in the area. I'm obviously pretty happy with Dean

Dean was a professional all the way, kept us informed and was also there for our questions, our settlement was 12months as we sold to developers and Dean would ring and check how we were going every couple of weeks, he returned calls always, as soon as he could and never made you feel like you where a bother. I highly recommend Dean and his team.

I can't thank Dean enough for all his hard work with selling my family home in Padstow. He has been such a great help and always kept my family informed about the process leading up to the auction. My family are also extremely grateful for all his hard work, knowledge, time and were very happy with the outcome of the auction. I would definitely recommend using Dean in the future.
