I used Todd to sell my Mother in laws property. From the start of the sale through the auction to the final inspection I found Todd to be very professional and someone I could depend on even after the sale, when a lot of other agents would have moved on . I have bought and sold quite a few properties Todd would have to be the best agent I have used. We met Bill a few years ago after moving into the area and asked him for an appraisal. This was in 2012. Since then Bill has always been there to help. The idea to develop our property, he was there to advise. While building our duplex, Bill came on numerous occasions to first look at our plans, while on paper and while being built. We changed the layout for the better under his recommendation. In 2016 Bill sold one home for the price we wanted. After living in the other of the duplexes for over a year, we again decided to sell via private treaty in August this year. We received over $50,000 more than our asking price. This had everything to do with Bill's experience, expertise, and negotiating skills. He is also a down right friendly guy! It has been our goal to live by the sea. We are now living in Vaucluse in our modest sweet home with ocean views. I know that Bill has helped us greatly to achieve this goal. Thank you Bill. I feel I can always call you for anything.
