I was interested in purchasing a Villa, saw one in their window and approached the receptionist who gave me Dean Owsnet card and said she would get him to call me as soon as he was available which he did. I was unable to purchase the villa however I made the decision that they could sell my house in Peakhurst, which the he did. The property went to open house on the Wednesday and the contracts for sale were signed that Sunday obtaining the price that I was looking for. The professionalism was excellent as was the continuing communications keeping me in the loop as to what stage the sale process was at. Again many thanks to Dean and I would have no hesitation in recommending their agency services.

Dean achieved an excellent auction result for my villa. He provided tradesmen at completive prices on a tight deadline for pre sale work that I wanted, as well as the stylist, resulting in the property being presented for sale with its best foot forward. In the 3 week campaign I was provided with timely updates on interest in the property and feed back from inspections. Dean generated enormous interest in the property, with a large turnout of registered bidders on auction night resulting in a very lively auction and a sale price I am pleased with. Thank you Dean.
