Dean helped manage my apartment when I used to rent it out, and he did an outstanding job then. So naturally, when it was time to sell, I had Dean back on the case. His advice, professionalism and help in the situation was second to none. In fact, he really went beyond the call of duty to help me. I only had a short window of time to pack my belongings and get my apartment ready for sale while I was staying in Sydney. Unfortunately, I ran out of time before I could complete my task at hand and had to fly back overseas to my new home. Dean stepped in and organised cleaners, packers and handymen to ensure my apartment was perfect for sale. This really, really helped reduce my stress levels in the whole process and made selling my apartment quick and easy. His contacts were all extremely reasonably priced and the jobs that they did were also excellent. Dean literally made one of the most stressful things a person can do feel like an everyday thing. He kept in contact with me the whole time by calling me at times that were convenient for me (yet not so convenient for him) and by emailing me photos and providing me with regular updates. I knew that I was in good hands here and was able to focus on my personal business half way across the world while my home was being sold. When it came to selling the apartment, Dean was able to sell it for a new record price in a very short amount of time. His insight and timings in the sale really did make my life easier. Thank you Dean for being such a legend and a great guy in general! I will definitely like to work with you again when it comes time for my next investment.
