Josh was attentive to my needs as a vendor but also very respectful about his buyers. Out of all the agents I interviewed, he was the first agent to ask me how I would like to sell my property. He was patient and attentive to my desires and knowledgeable about the area, which indicated that he would be patient, informative, and attentive to our buyers. I wanted someone firm but not pushy, as I knew this approach would work best given the demographic of our area. He executed the marketing according to my needs, the sale according to my timeline, and achieved a price that exceeded my expectations. During the cooling off period, he went above and beyond to satistfy the needs of my buyer. Josh was independently recommended to me by two friends in the area and I have no hesitation recommending him more widely.
