Todd delivered a first class customer service from the beginning to the end of the process of selling our home. He helped us with organising small repairs, dealing with the tradesmen in the preparation to get our home ready for sale. The sale itself was well prepared and our house was sold in 4 days after having been put on the market. Todd managed to get a sale price well beyond our expectations. Todd maintained a clear and effective communication with us during the whole time from the moment we engaged him until settlement, as appropriate. Even after the sale Todd and his team (Nick in particular) continued to provide great assistance in resolving some minor issues during the period before settlement following the heavy rains that fell in May.
