Dean and his team were exceptional in the way in which they conducted the sale of our house on our behalf. He was always very easy to reach, responsive and provided us with regular updates. He worked extremely hard (including weekends and late evenings) to secure the best possible result for the sale. He was also very knowledgeable of the Revesby area and was able to provide clear guidance to us regarding best approaches and sale strategies to undertake. He also undertook an extensive advertising campaign which generated a lot of interest in the property. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and we are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Dean for any future sales.

I recently sold my investment property through Dean and found him to be extremely professional. The marketing of the property was very thorough and sold the property at auction way above the reserve price in a 3 week campaign. I live in QLD and Dean kept me up to date on the progress at all times. Nothing was a problem for him and always returned my calls immediately.

An exceptional high value experience end to end. I've sold a few properties before but never seen this level of organization and professionalism. You don't just get a real estate agent, you get an entire team/family working on the sale. This is a family business so there's essentially complete cooperation, a family unit. I noted they employ the best person for the job, one for: - communication - internet advertising - local paper advertising etc I never once had to get involved with the parents/owner. That 's how I know it worked well. Sales results: The results of my sale were partly due to the high demand in the market (Nov 2013), agent local knowledge, marketing and execution of sale. I chose Chambers Fleming Padstow because they have been selling properties in Padstow and surrounding areas for over 40 years. Suggest you do the homework as well. Given the estimated reserve price based on RP data recent sales and land value (confirmed by realestate.com.au) the added value provided by the agent was in the order of 300%. I base this on $20k investment on a $620k reserve and $695k sale price The house was originally estimated at near land value but with Dean's assistance we were able to pull off a well executed presentation for the open house. the results speak for them self. I can't really think of any negatives about the real estate interactions during the sales cycle, practically every answer was provided asap, my thought s are this is testimony For the auction the entire team was there, as expected, and they knew everything about the property. This was a consistent theme throughout the life-cycle of the sale Bottom line, if you are lucky enough to have a property in the Padstow area you're very fortunate if this is any indication of the level of real estate competition in the area for sales.
