We stayed at Zeus in Roseville for just over a month during house repair work. The property is beautiful - in a quiet, leafy street in a delightful neighbourhood. Located close to a wide selection of shops and a short drive to the train station. City buses are also close at hand. The house is spacious and well-furnished. The 4 bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space and comfy beds. The kitchen is a delight - absolutely everything is provided and is of a high quality. Major appliances and smaller electrical products are modern European brands. The pool is set in a reasonable-sized garden with enough grass for a dog to enjoy - and the back garden is fully fenced. Dining on the back deck is a very pleasant experience and there is a relaxed and casual feel to the property which enriches one's stay. We had a few minor issues with the pool cleaner and sliding front gate, but Property Providers were responsive and helpful with every contact. Enjoy your stay!

A great property in a quite street - exactly as described and shown in the pics. Check in and check out process were super smooth, and lots of helpful notes left around to explain various devices throughout the house. Convenient location within walking distance to Balmoral, and also public transport and local shops giving you everything you need for a low stress summer stay. We had a fantastic time with ample space and activities for our family, and most importantly the young ones loved it!

This house is perfect for a family holiday in Sydney. The location is amazing with lots of public transport options almost on the door step. The house itself is beautiful, extremely comfortable, good quality bed linen and lots of towels, top class bathrooms and a fabulous kitchen. The appliances are all top of the range and there is every type of cooking equipment needed available in the kitchen. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of lovely cafes and restaurants only a few mins walk from the house. We had a wonderful two weeks here and definitely plan to return.

My husband spent 20+ hours trying to find the perfect short-term rental for our little family in Sydney for the four weeks that we were in town. Fortunately we discovered Property Providers who have been nothing short of exceptional. The standard of accommodation was matched by the standard of service. We will now be booking the same spot whenever we are in town (which is multiple times a year). It feels like we have a home away from home. Thank you PP. Such a positive experience. We have already recommended you to several friends and family.

Comfortable three bedroom, two bathroom apartment covering a whole floor of the building - steps away from South Steyne Surf Club and the sands of Manly Beach! This 1st floor 3 bedroom apartment is located 50 metres from Manly Beach and 5 minutes walk to the Corso with all of its fabulous restaurants and cafes. You will be literally seconds to Manly Lifesaving Club where the daily swim from Manly to Shelly Beach and back starts. It is also the safest place to swim at Manly Beach between the flags! For your morning coffee ( or breakfast, lunch and dinner) head to Manly Wine which is around the corner. If you walk straight up Ashburner Street you'll find yourself at the harbour with its crystal clear calm waters and iconic Manly Wharf. The property itself has a large balcony, quiet street, ocean outlook and off street parking.

We have rented the same flat in Manly from Property Providers for four years running. We find them to be responsive to our needs. They are aware that the unit is showing its age and indicated that they are working with the owner to upgrade and renew where necessary. The location is outstanding and the unit meets our needs, so we plan to return again next year.

Had a great stay at Cammeray. House was well prepared, equiped and clean. Clear and prompt communication. Accomodate a last minute early check in which we really appreciate. Property was as described and pictured. Clear instructions and thoughtful recommendations. The harbour-park and Jacaranda are beautiful. Family enjoyed the place very much. Thank you.
