Agent's name is Brody, very hard to communicate with; he only wants to reply if he wants to. Property i stayed in suppose to be "nice", but when i checked in, it was very very very very dirty. The floor were freaking dusty like no one has cleaned it for weeks, sheets & towels have stains, toilet have shit stains, power outlets just covered with spider webs & dusts, and more. I have many photos to show how dirty was the property (which i would probably post on google review). There was a note saying it was cleaned, but honestly i think you got duped by your cleaner. Probably one of the dirtiest property i've stayed. Texted Brody to inform him about it, but never replied in my over 10 days stay. Usually i book from Airbnb and have no issue in terms of communicating with property manager, and cleanliness. With this experience, i would probably stick with Airbnb. Honestly, you guys are in service industry, but you guys give 0 service. Again probably will google review, so people can avoid this kind of "service".

We struggled finding a property that suited our needs and dates over the busy Christmas period but Property Providers found the perfect property. Their response time was excellent, answering any and all questions immediately. We would not hesitate in using their services again.

Unfortunately we had a change in our travel plans - literally last minute (within 24 hours) and enter Brody. I sent a message and Brody was very quick to reply to me, having read our dilemma. Brody assisted me with securing the accommodation we inquired about seamlessly and effortlessly. Honestly everything was all sorted within about 30 minutes. The instructions to pick up keys via a video message to my phone was much appreciated. The property was stunning, especially on the warm nights we stayed. The kitchen was well equiped, the beds were comfortable and everyone had their own space with their own bathrooms. Thanks Brody for looking after us so well!!

we had a lovely time, a charming art deco low rise apartment building facade, with a nicely renovated and very light filled interior. the amazing spot of course is the rear balcony and that unobstructed view to balmoral and beyond. owners are lovely and available to help if needed. would be keen to stay again!
