Great property and location. Communication with the office was good and they attended to any questions or queries we had.

The agents were easy to get hold of although I did have to call a few times to get things done

Property Providers

I would highly recommend using Property Providers Agents, their response to emails was fast and efficient and they provided us high quality service throughout our stay even replacing a broken hairdryer on the same day

we had a lovely time, a charming art deco low rise apartment building facade, with a nicely renovated and very light filled interior. the amazing spot of course is the rear balcony and that unobstructed view to balmoral and beyond. owners are lovely and available to help if needed. would be keen to stay again!

Great condo in a perfect location. The advertising included photos that gave a good overview of the place. Property Providers were professional, and responsive when I asked to extend my stay. The condo was clean and well maintained. Perfect location. I'll be back

After relocating from the UK, this was the perfect place for our family. It’s close to restaurants, shopping centres and the beach. The property was perfect for what we needed and it felt homely and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend again especially for families with three bedrooms and laundry. A great find!

Balmoral and Mosman specialists. User friendly people who respect both landlord and tenant's best interests. Hands-on agents who know the area and get the right results.

Very pleased we selected this property for our lengthy stay in Sydney. Have already told family and friends to book it for their visits. Quiet neighbourhood close to local shopping area including supermarket, good cafes, restaurants, hair salons, butcher, basically everything you need. Also so close to freeway to city or anywhere else. Dog friendly. Owners clearly have good taste - Art collected from around the world, furniture modern but really inviting and comfortable. Kitchen well set up, again tastefully so. Back yard small but delightful with outdoor dining table suited to family gatherings. Barbecue well situated. Just I and my husband and two dogs stayed, but local family with children visited. So enjoyed it, a three week stay seemed too short.

This was an excellent property and excellent service by Property Providers. They were very accommodating both on arrival and departure times, and the house was simply superb. Communication was also very good. We have rented luxury villas all over the world and are discerning customers. Property Providers exceeded expectations in every possible way.
