Great Experience
James made our buying process very easy and calming. He was knowledgeable of the Springfield area, so he was the go to for any questions we had. Which, he answered truthfully in a professional manner. We would definitely recommend James if you’re looking to buy or sell. He’s great.

She just knew!
Jodie was the agent who sold our existing property and helped us buy our new one. Early on in our selling process she was convinced that she had a home for us that we would love. It wasn't on the market yet and we could do nothing more than drive by. We were considering another property that just didn't feel 'right' - but when we walked into this one we all looked at each other and said 'yep'. Jodie was able to take the things we loved about our old home and mentally check the boxes against the new one. She was so easy to deal with and knows the area like the back of her hand. Nothing was too much trouble. And, she got us the best deal on our home, and she likewise got the best deal for the sellers of our new home. Everyone happy! We couldn't be more grateful to Jodie :)

Outstanding service by Liz
I would highly recommend Liz. She sold our Wyoming house. She has great knowledge of the suburb and we fully trusted her from day one. We followed her advice from the beginning and took all of her suggestions on board. The minor renovations she thought would help sell the house were spot on. I couldn't thank her enough for her dedication and hard work.
