Direct and Effective
Brian took charge of this sale from the first day we discussed it through to final days of settlement - and it was all effortless. He runs like a well-oiled machine and has the support of a great team, especially Jorden. I knew Brian from a few years back when I was a buyer and was impressed then by his approach. Even though I didn't end up buying from him that time, I knew I wanted him on the job when I decided to sell this property. . All emails were responded to, calls returned and queries answered. He was also full of great advice that made sense. He also had my full confidence that the campaign was being run as it should, and everything went to order. He is a straight shooter, very honest and I trusted him throughout. He also delivered a great result.

Above and Beyond sales expectations
Liz went above and beyond in all areas of the sales experience. In what was quite a complex and sensitive sale process whereby Liz communicated with all parties extremely well and was always conscious to manage expectations accordingly. Liz's attention to detail and thorough communication with prospect vendors was outstanding and she always worked to get the best results from a sale price perspective. I would rate Liz's market knowledge as the best in the local market and always seemed to have her finger on the pulse with upcoming prospective buyers.
