Sale of Family Home : One Owner
We have chatted to Liz over the years in our neighbourhood while she was working, and just knew if we were ever to sell, she would be the one! Her properties are always well presented, and she has brilliant knowledge of the market. Our property sold in the first week and the entire process was simple. We built our home and lived there for over 50 years and she was very considerate of this. Liz and her amazing team sorted everything for us and always had open lines of communication. She is friendly and honest and we highly recommend Liz to anyone looking to sell their property.

Jodie was responsible for a number of sales in our street and based on the positive feedback from these neighbours, we had decided if we ever wanted to sell our property we would contact Jodie - we were so glad we did. Couldn't have asked for a better agent!
Liz is a superstar! From the moment we listed with Liz, she did everything possible to help us get the best price for our home. Liz was honest about the price we would expect to get and she delivered! After our first open home Liz followed up tirelessly to ensure we got the offer we wanted and the day after we already had already accepted an offer. Liz's communication throughout the process was amazing, she would often call me to give me updates on where things were at all the way through till settlement and after. I couldn't recommend Liz highly enough!

Sale of 38 Valley View Road WYOMING
We were given the task of selling my aged parents home in order to fund their aged care accommodation. This in itself was an emotional time for us, apart from the anxiety of preparing the home to be market ready. We discussed the criteria with Liz Jenkins - the need to sell at the highest possible price, in the shortest possible time frame and at the end of the year. All pretty demanding requirements to say the least. Liz not only accepted the challenge, but demonstrated outstanding professional qualities which was coupled with huge doses of empathy. The entire sale process was meticulously planned and executed to perfection. Although the final sale price was a touch lower than what was originally anticipated, we were pleased with the final outcome. Dealing with Liz was an absolute pleasure - I would commission her again without a moments hesitation. Her knowledge pf the market is unsurpassed and is definitely the best agent to use if you wish to sell in Wyoming. Well done Liz - you did it!
