We arranged a private viewing with James for the property. This was a none to hard task for James and made the begining of our first house journey very easy. Same day we placed an offer which was negotiated and finally accepted. The entire process with James was fantastic. James was replaced by a temp while he was on annual leave who quite simply was clueless about her product. Needless to say we were glad upon James' return and were not disappointed. James was easy to communicate with and endeavoured to fulfill our requests as promptly as he could. The entire process with James was seemless and would highly recommend his abilities.

I oringnally listed my property with raine & Horne signed a contract initially for seven weeks Which they agreed too ended up leaving the property with them for full 90 days being a standard contract I had every excuse thrown at me like the lounge room too small too many stairs bedrooms too small finally had a bullshit offer of $600 000 i was told too take that offer which was a very reasonable offer too take I ended up cutting ties at that point taking on property central agents liz and Jodie they sold the property on the first showing and I got $35000 more than the other agent in which I think was a piss poor performance well done the the team a property central you guys allowed us too move on to bigger and better pastures
