Hands down an expert in the market and delivers results
I've had the privilege to buy and sell through Jodie. She is professional, has an excellent approach and attitude to getting the outcome you want. She knows the area and comes with data about what is happening in your area. She has a game plan and will run you through this, communication is fantastic right through the transaction and she doesn't stop work because it's 5PM. My advice to people selling through Jodie, is to listen to the recommendations she is making to help your bottom line. Results driven, and achieves your outcome. Highly recommended.

Friendly and efficient
We first contacted Liz in 2021 to get an understanding of the way the market was travelling. She inspected the home and gave us an honest,(and as proved in February this year, an accurate), indication of the sale price we might expect. We had no hesitation in putting the property in the hands of Liz and her team. Their assistance with all the practical details of the sale was invaluable to us as we live in Queensland and had to operate electronically. A buyer was located quickly after going to the market and the sale progressed to unconditional in the agreed time.
