We signed up with Ben Ciocca who is the principal of Provincial Real Estate in Kalamunda who came to our home to get to know us and to get knowledge of our home and how we would like him to represent our property. Our one request was no home opens but by appointment only, which he agreed to. Ben has very good knowledge of the market in the area and communicated with us the best price we could get for our home. After being on the market for 2 days Ben presented us with the full offer and more which we were very pleased with his negotiating skills and professionalism.
